Shopping basket prediction increased basket price by 10% and decreased shopping time

The largest online grocery shop in the Czech Republic wanted to improve customer experience, create a personal shelf/shop for a customer, and pre-fill the shopping basket (shorten shopping time).

We created a predictor for each loyal customer and each day, providing the real-time grocery list. As a result, the average shopping basket price increased by 10%, shopping time decreased by 15%.


This project also enabled additional projects utilizing customer behavior.
