HR CHATBOT IMPROVED CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE AND CONTACT AQUISITION
ČEZ wanted to increase the potential candidate contact acquisition rate by providing an intelligent and interactive bot on the company job portal. We developed and trained a chatbot that is integrated on the company website.
The chatbot communicates with candidates and navigates them through the website. Thanks to the chatbot, the engagement and interaction time of the candidates increased. Personal contact acquisition from the website increased three times.
